ThOuGhT fOr ThUrSdAy....

so, yesterday started out stinky, it was as if everything that could go wrong DID!
~crabby daughter
~rainy weather
~smoking phone charge - not. even. kidding. the thing had smoke coming out of it! stunk like burning rubber y'all!!!! N-A-S-T-Y!

i tucked myself into bed {early} and began to rehash the entire day in all of it's not so glorious glory...
but as i was "dwelling" on the negatives... my heart got sad and i had to remind myself that each day is new and tomorrow would be a chance to "Make it a GREAT day!" i get to choose to fill my cup up or dump it out... it's like i need to stick a note on the mirror that says "bad days happen. get over it." it was an excellent pep talk with myself and i woke up this morning and vowed to make it a good one!!! so far, so good!
Let's fill our glasses half FULL and enjoy this new day that God gives us so willingly!
Amen! Amen! Amen!

Linking up HERE today!!!
xxoo,
Maggie.

  2. Yes indeed there will always be bad days and it's hard to see past them, especially when feeling tired!

But you're soooo right to look on the bright side and welcome the next day. That's what we all should be doing!

Hope you're having a lovely day, Suki
